Description: To provide age appropriate anti-gang programming to youth between the ages of 10 and 16 using the Phoenix core curriculum. The program will be offered in schools and community/faith-based organizations working with youth. The program is designed to intervene before serious youth gang involvement. Youth will gain effective life and social skills, self-efficacy, and problem-solving skills that foster resiliency to overcome risk factors that increase the likelihood of entering a gang. Description: Fire setter’s prevention services to “at risk” youths exhibiting fire setting behaviors. This program should counsel and assist youth with communication, conflict resolution, and life skills.
Program Name: Family Crisis Intervention Unit – FCIU (FamilyLinks)

Description: Provides crisis intervention services to referred youth and their families. The FCIU also provides sexting workshops, anger management, cyber harassment, antibullying, and cyber bulling workshops, individual, sibling, and family counseling to reduce family conflicts.

Description: The Diversion 400 Program is designed to support youth and families in need of comprehensive services within the community. Our partnerships allow Court, Juvenile
Detention, Local Law Enforcement Agencies, Schools, and Community Resources to work in conjunction to address the needs of youth exhibiting behaviors that have been proven to lead to delinquency. Diversion 400 offers a series of workshops that discuss positive role models, parenting, law enforcement engagement, social media, educational supports, and college prep.

Description: Provides structured and supervised setting for pre-adjudicated juvenile offenders to report to and take part in group and individual activities that will help increase awareness, knowledge of self, job readiness skills, life skills, etc. Program will use supervision and education techniques to keep youth from incurring new charges and violations while they await disposition.

Description: This program will connect parents of system involved youth to appropriate supports and resources needed as they navigate the juvenile justice system.This will provide support so that youth have better outcomes and are not pushed further into the system. Specifically, the program intends to help families understand the youth justice process. This program will ensure they are part of key decisions, have access to an advocate that has personal and lived experience with the youth justice system and given the opportunity to draw on their own strengths or assets; and create support networks that families can continue to utilize long after their youth is involved with the system.
