Carlos Anival Caal Caal has been reported missing from his residence on the 2200 Block of Federal St, Camden NJ. He is described as a Hispanic Male, 5’4”, 132Lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Federal St Corridor in Camden, NJ.
