The Camden County Police Department is looking for missing 15-year-old from East Camden.
Joseph Smith been reported missing from his home on the 600 block of Randolph Street. He is described as a black male, 5’7”, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with white lettering and blue jeans. He is known to frequent Mount Ephraim Avenue and North Camden.
